Refund policy
No Return and No Exchange Policy
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless under certain circumstances as specified in this policy.
Exceptions:
- We will only consider returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:
- Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please feel free to contact us through the contact page here.
- Shipment Errors: In the event of a shipping error on our part, we will gladly exchange the incorrect item for the correct one.
Conditions for Returns/Exchanges:
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
Refund/Replacement:
- Refunds or replacements will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected. We reserve the right to determine the eligibility of the return or exchange.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Final Sale Items:
- Clearance or discounted items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
