If your order has yet to arrive, please feel free to fill out the form on the contact page. Orders that are lost will be sent again and will require a signature upon delivery to confirm that your order arrived to you safely.

Delivery times that are provided cannot be guaranteed.

For US& Canada:

Please allow at least 2 weeks orders sent through lettermail to arrive. Delivery times for tracking can range from 4-8 days on average.

International:

International orders can take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive, depending on the location/distance.

Please be aware of any customs or VAT fees your order may incur. I am not responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping carriers can vary depending on your order.

For orders within Canada:

Orders shipped with a lettermail stamp will be shipped through Canada Post.

For domestic orders with tracking, shipping is through Stallion Express, to keep shipping prices low :)

For US:

Orders shipped to the US will be first shipped through Stallion Express. Once entering the states, it will be handed to USPS as the final mile carrier. Tracking numbers can be used on both stallion express and USPS once entering the country.

International:

For international orders, they are shipped through stallion express, and then handed to APC or POSTNL as the final mile carrier, depending on the location.

A-Grade pins can have minor to no noticeable flaws, that cannot be seen at an arm's length away.

B-Grade pins have have more noticeable flaws, that can range from underfill, holes in the enamel, minor scratches, silkscreen errors or bumps in the plating.
